Isaack Manitho is an entrepreneur, the Founder and CEO of New Health263 PL. His extensive experience in business development, corporate governance and leadership has been of supreme importance to MicroVenture Africa PL. He holds an MBA from University of Reading and BSc Economics (U.Z.).

Prince Hwenjere
Managing director
Co-founder of MicroVenture Africa, Prince is an entrepreneur. He holds a Bcom Degree in Banking from NUST. Prince has won academic and entrepreneurship accolades. He holds a certificate in Financial Markets Regulation from the World Bank and certificate in New Venture Capital Finance from the University of Maryland.
Tariro M. Mangwende
Finance director
Melody graduated from NUST with a degree in Banking and her sights set on financial solutions to unlock African markets potential. After roles with CBZ Bank she found her passion for entrepreneurship whilst working on business stimulation around SME credit facility projects in Harare peripherals.
Fungai Mawadze
Production Operations manager
Fungai joined MicroVenture Africa in 2016 and has been part of the KaTsaona pioneering team. She holds a BSc Degree in Public Administration (UZ). She has 7 years experience in Public Relations management and entrepreneurship, and MicroVenture Africa benefits from her extensive experience.
Prevalence Mushonga
Manager, SME Lending
Prevalence joined MicroVenture Africa in 2015 and became very enthusiastic with the MVA project; he is excited to be supporting the remarkable entrepreneurs that take part in MVA Accelerator. He holds a certificate in Microfinancing from Harare Polytechnic.
